Monday Golf Outings:
A minimum of 80 golfers not to exceed 120 players.
 
Golf outing fees include greens fees, cart fees, range balls, bag storage and bag handling.

Proper Attire:
Proper golf attire must be worn. No denim, swim suits, tank tops, cut-offs, gym or jogging shorts. Shirts may not be removed.
 
Golf Spikes:
Taberna Country Club does not permit the use of metal spikes on the course. Only soft spikes, Footjoy Turfmates, and Footjoy Turfmates Plus are allowed and recommended. Please notify your participants of this course regulation in advance of the golf outing.
 
Pro Shop Merchandise:
Any merchandise purchased in the Pro Shop must be paid for with a credit card. Master accounts are available (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)
 
Security:
Taberna Country Club is not responsible for any damage or loss of articles brought onto the Club premises. For an additional fee, uniformed security officers can be provided by the Club.
 
Food & Beverage:
Taberna Country Club offers a complete selection of food and beverage to complement your event. Although Taberna has printed menu suggestions, we welcome the opportunity to create a special menu for you. Final menu selections are requested a minimum of two weeks prior to the outing.
 
Taberna Country Club provides all beverages served within the Clubhouse. Please note that the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Commission regulates alcoholic beverage sales and service. The Club, as licensee, is responsible and authorized for the administration of these regulations including the distribution of any alcoholic beverages on the course or in the Clubhouse.
 
Beverage cart service will be available for on course service for a small fee. You may choose to host the beverage cart for your outings with charges going to your group account, have the beverage cart available on a cash basis or a combination of the two.
 
Deposits & Cancellations:
For golf outings, we require a 50% deposit 90 days in advance to secure your event on a definite basis. The total deposit will be applied to your outing account. In the event of a cancellation, the following deposit refund policy applies:

With 60-90 days written notice 100% Refund
With 30-59 days written notice 50% Refund
With 0-29 days written notice No Refund

Please note, in addition to the above cancellation provisions, if the event is cancelled with 72 hours prior to the outing for any reason, the client will be charged 50% of all planned menu food costs.
 
Payment Arrangements:
The estimated balance of your event is due on the day of your event unless other arrangements have been made prior to that date.
 
Guarantees:
In arranging for an outing, we require that attendance be specified 72 hours in advance of the outing. This number is considered the guarantee and charges are based upon the guaranteed number of guests.
 
Rain Outs:
A tournament is considered a rain out if the weather makes it necessary to cancel the outing on the same day it was scheduled to occur. If play does not commence, a rain date will be selected at that time.  If play does commence, rain out fees will apply for less than 9 holes and less than 18 holes.

Meetings, Banquets and Receptions

The classic elegance of the beautiful Clubhouse at Taberna Country Club is perfect for a banquet or reception. A panoramic wall of windows provides a spectacular view of the golf course, finishing holes and lake. In addition to providing a location for member events, dinners and receptions, its ballroom can accommodate up to 120 seated guests for parties, wedding receptions and other functions. The staff includes an experienced Chef and culinary team. The club also features an outdoor verandah overlooking the golf course and lakes.
